How long do I have to pick up my order?

Once you receive the “Ready for PickUp”
email, your order will be available for 5
days.

After 5 days, the order will expire. Any
authorization hold on the card you used will

released in the timeframe designated by
your financial institution.

How will I know that my order is ready to be picked up?

You will receive an email once your order is
ready to be picked up in the store. Please
wait until you receive the “Ready for
PickUp” email before traveling to the store.
In most

cases, you will receive an email
within 2 hours.

What will I need when I pick up my order?

When picking up your order in the store,
please provide the Pickup Confirmation
email and the order number.
